MyoHealth™ POWDER Usage

Product

Each scoop of our fast-acting powder contains 3.6 grams of EAAs.

Mix one (1) scoop of MyoHealth powder with 8 oz. or more of water or your favorite beverage.

TIP: MyoHealth powder tastes best chilled or with ice.

FOR FASTER RESULTS

For faster results, we recommend doubling your daily dosage for a total of 7.2 grams of EAAs per day for the first 30 days.

This can be achieved through 2 scoops of powder daily for the first 30 days.

For example:
7.2 grams of EAAs = 2 scoops of MyoHealth Lemonade Powder

TIP: When taking two servings, drink one in the morning and another in the evening.

SUCCESS TIPS

You don’t have to drink your MyoHealth all at once. After mixing your drink, you can sip on it throughout the day.

If you are doubling your dosage for faster results in the first 30 days, you can take any combination of powder, capsules, and/or MyoHealth Vegan Protein Powder that equals 7.2 grams of EAAs per day.

For example:
7.2 grams of EAAs = 2 scoops of MyoHealth Lemonade Powder

TIP: Drink MyoHealth 30 minutes before or after exercise to enhance absorption.

Take five (5) MyoHealth™ capsules daily between meals or 30 minutes before or after your exercise.*

*Additional capsules may be taken if engaged in high performance athletic exercise, but should not exceed 15 grams.

For faster results, we recommend doubling your daily dosage for a total of 7.2 grams of EAAs for the first 30 days.

This can be achieved through 10 capsules daily for the first 30 days or by taking MyoHealth Powder and/or MyoHealth Vegan Protein Powder in addition to capsules.

MyoHealth™ Vegan Protein Powder Usage

We recommend using MyoHealth protein shakes to supplement your daily recommended dosage of EAAs and daily dietary protein.

Each sugar-free shake is packed with 21 grams of pure plant protein enhanced with 1.5 grams of EAAs per serving.

Mix 1 (one) level scoop of MyoHealth™ protein shake mix with 8 oz. water or your favorite beverage. Mixes best in a shaker bottle or blender.

For Faster Results

For faster results, we recommend combining the MyoHealthTM protein shake with the MyoHealth Capsules to meet a total of 7.2 grams of EAAs for the first 30 days.

For example:
7.5 grams of EAAs = 1 scoop of MyoHealth Vegan Protein Powder + 8 MyoHealth capsules
